We do sport specific training for athletes and sports general training for non-athletes and kids.

Sport specific training is training that is catered to the athlete. So if your a QB for football, a center for basketball, goalie for soccer, water-polo player etc..., your weight training, speed, agility and plyometrics are all geared for that sport and your position in that sport.

 Sports general training is just training that is geared to get you in shape quicker like if you are a parent or someone who doesn't play sports but wants to look good and be healthy. It's like your training to be an athlete but you are not one. Athletes are the most physically in shape people so if you train like one, you will be getting in shape like one. These workouts are also catered to you. So it doesn't matter where your starting spot is, we will get you to where you want to be.

Sports general training for kids is just getting the kids who play lots of different sports and are to young to be doing weight training and training for one sport the training they need to learn how to do things right, have the right form and technique and learn how to run the right way, cut, jump and land all the right way so when they get older, they are ahead of the curve.
