Welcome to Functional Sports PerformanceFunctional Sports Performance (FSP) is an elite consulting and personal training company dedicated to making better athletes and better fitness training programs for physical therapy and rehabilitation clients, as well as individuals looking to change their life through physical exercise. Stephen Beseda, leads our group of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). All our personal trainers are CSCS, which is the highest level of certification, education and experience a trainer can attain.

Our vertical program is considered by many professionals as the best on the market. It is loaded with exciting plyometrics and traditional vertical exercises that will make you jump higher. Our speed program is a comprehensive workout that teaches your body form, change of direction, speed and deceleration. If you want to improve your speed, from your 40 times to your 100 yard dash, this is the program for you. Our circuit program shows you how to build muscle and lose weight the right way.
